Chivon Killigrew, better known as Rumba Rue, is wanted in England for theft of valuables from several residences throughout London and Portsmouth. It is known that Ms. Killigrew is a direct descendent of the famous Killigrew family who is well known for it's acts of piracy. It is also known that Ms. Killigrew, changed her name to Rumba Rue in order to avoid detection in Port Royal, Jamaica. She is extremely good at seducing men in order to garner her stolen treasures.
